It's hot here in Amsterdam and the cat is spending most of his time flaked out. It's hard, you see, being a large furry cat in extremely hot weather.

Assignment 7 of Souvenir Foto asked us to get down low. Shoot from below. I take a million shots of my beautiful cat but rarely share them, who wants to be known as the crazy cat lady, right? I couldn't resist this shot though as he sprawled across the sofa. Minimal post processing applied. The image was cropped in the viewfinder and then picnik's 60's effect added at 30%.

Now I must go back and lie under the fan.  Like the cat, I am not built for hot weather.
